Please take a few moments to review the following time-tested recommendations, as they will ensure the safe shipping of your timepiece.
We strongly suggest that you only use one of the following carriers for mailing items of value. (It has been our experience that alternate carriers do not offer adequate insurance.)
U.S. POST OFFICE REGISTERED MAIL WITH INSURANCE - Least expensive method of shipping. Shipping time is usually 2-5 days. Maximum insured value is $25,000. Request a Return Receipt Card - It provides you with the arrival date and the recipient’s signature. (Note: If using U. S. Postal Express Mail Service the maximum insurance is only $5000.)
UNITED PARCEL SERVICE WITH INSURANCE - Offers Next Day, Second Day and Third Day Air as well as Ground Service. Items can be insured for up to $50,000. You can request a delivery confirmation receipt. Office or home pick-up is available for a small additional fee. Call 800-PICK UPS.
ATTENTION: WATER DAMAGE REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ACTION TO AVOID FURTHER RUSTING. NEXT DAY AIR SHIPMENT IS STRONGLY ADVISED.
It usually takes our technicians between 3 to 5 days, from date of receipt, to examine your watch and advise you of the repair cost. Once repairs are approved, an invoice will be forwarded forthwith.

Note: When giving us a return shipping address, please keep in mind that your watch is normally returned via U.S. Postal Registered Mail Service with Insurance and Return Receipt Requested and, as such, requires an adult’s signature upon delivery.
IMPORTANT: IF YOUR WATCH IS BEING RETURNED FOR WARRANTY SERVICE, PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY REIMBURSE YOU FOR U.S. POST OFFICE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES. ANY OTHER CARRIER IS AT YOUR RISK AND EXPENSE. SEND ITEMS REGISTERED - INSURE THE PACKAGE AND REQUEST A RETURN RECEIPT CARD. PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE COPY OF THE “FINE WATCH WARRANTY & AUTHENTICATION CERTIFICATE” OR THE ORIGINAL INVOICE. IF NEITHER IS AVAILABLE, PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH THE ORIGINAL DATE OF SALE.
